As a business they are now looking to form a product led approach and have started creating the foundations for this with the hire of Richard Knight as Head of Product. UX architect

The role pays up-to £80,000 per year. You will be remote based, but with a commitment to attend their London office 3 days per month.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership and autonomy of UX design in Happence, aligning the vision and strategy with that of design.

  • Establish design best practices as they move design in house.

  • Redesign and establish the information architecture across Happence’s web offering.

  • Lead and advise on key decisions and changes from a design and product perspective to help grow the business’ reach and impact.

  • Become an integral part of Happence’s product team and supercharge your career with exceptional progression opportunity.

you will be a person with

  • Extensive experience in UX design and architecture, with a deep understanding of information architecture, specifically on web based offerings.

  • Well versed in creating and redefining excellent interaction design.

  • An ability to work seamlessly with UI designers and developers.

  • Manage stakeholder’s expectations and understanding of design.

  • Bring a true growth mindset, with the ambition to develop and grow within Happence.

Benefits

Salary < £80,000 per year.
