Tranquiliti are a technology first business, who are creating meaningful change across students wellbeing UK wide.
The Tranquiliti software and solutions, puts insights from student wellbeing in the hands of educational staff throughout schools. This inturn empowers staff to support early intervention and to fully understand and support the students they work with every day.
Founded in 2018, Tranquiliti have gone on to develop an app which allows users to see the ‘whole child.’ This is achieved by measuring over 50 different areas, which gives students the ability to get to know their own wellbeing as well as informing those around them.
Tranquiliti are now in an exciting and scaling growth phase, and that is why we are reaching out to you.
In October 2022 Tranquiliti received a substantial investment from the renowned international provider of digital solutions to schools; Tes. This lit the touchpaper for the largest growth of the Tranquiliti team since the company was founded.

Digital 51 are partnered with Tranquiliti as they look to hire their first dedicated, full-time UX/UI Designer.
You will join the Head of Product and a newly formed Leadership team to continue Tranquiliti’s journey to become product led and develop their MVP further.
You will work with the design foundations which have already been created to make user journeys fun and engaging for students.
This business is truly purpose driven and created to support students’ wellbeing. They are now looking for a UX/UI Designer who will use gamification techniques for increased engagement with students.
Tranquiliti are set to scale, with a newly appointed Chief Technology Officer, Head of Product, and EIGHT more roles currently being hired across the business. You will work with a team of people who are exceptionally talented and passionate about the education and wellbeing of students.

You will be a clear communicator within a small team being able to work with stakeholders and internal development teams to create conceptual ideas, prototypes and specifics of user-centred design process.
You have previously worked on a live product and been able to demonstrate how you have increased engagement within your role.
Salary of up-to £60,000
