We are looking for Back-End Developers who are fundamentally driven by high quality and reliability,
being capable of designing and implementing services and API’s that adhere to a high
standard of quality, reliability and performance,

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, with a core focus on development.
Design and implement highly scalable and reliable REST API’s.
Collaborate with Front-end teams to agree on API contracts.
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
Design and Deploy cloud level solutions to provide reliable integrations with 3rd parties.
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
Maintain an existing IaC (Infrastructure as code) project that automates the
provision of cloud level resources.
Work closely with QA team members to ensure high test quality.
Liaise with developers, product and management to identify new services
Highly experienced with back-end programming languages such as Node.js
If you are not experienced with Node, then an expertise in back-end programming languages such as Javascript/Typescript, Python and any other high performance language, we’d love to hear about.
Understanding and experience in the Agile / SCRUM methodology.
Fundamental understanding of SQL.
Understanding of REST and HTTP protocols.
Able to design and implement cloud solutions using Messaging, Decoupled Processing, Step Function and Machine Learning data flow control.
Experience with Document Stores, specifically DynamoDB.
Knowledge of build and deploy framework for CI and CD, including TeamCity and AWS CodeDeploy.
A salary of up-to £80,000 per year.
Full remote working.
Access to travel to Foodhub locations across the world.
